Members of the Ghanaian community in and around Chicago , the United States and Canada thronged the posh exclusive Bolingbrook Golf club on September 3 2006 to celebrate with Mr and Mrs. Berko Akoto Owusu, on their 25th wedding anniversary and rededication of their marriage.

The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Percy Reginald Welsing from Canada , a childhood friend of the bride, Mr. Berko akoto/, alias The Journalist, alias Aponkyi the goat!
